The
pyopenssl==25.3.0contains a vulnerability that is solved in version26.0.0(more details in https://security.snyk.io/package/pip/pyopenssl)Because Python 3.9 is deprecated and some dependencies require Python 3.10+, compatibility with Python 3.9 has been removed (it's the reason for the increase to a new major version).
No changes in the code have been made.
